Program Information
The San Marino FLAP Program spans grade levels 4 through 12.
In grades 4 through 6, all students are introduced to the basics of
Mandarin and Japanese through language lessons embedded in grade
level content standards. By grades 7 and 8, students are
eligible to enroll in the Introduction to Mandarin and Japanese class
offerings. The high school Mandarin and Japanese programs are traditional four-year world
language sequences.
The San Marion FLAP program focuses on communicative language
instruction infused with innovative language learning technologies.
All challenges and progress are duly noted in the "Journal: The San
Marino FLAP Journey" section.
